Stencil Fun

I was so thrilled to see the stencil that was included in the May kit.  I couldn't wait to get started trying some different ways to use it.  First, I tried paint.

I used a Jenni Bowlin paint dauber, and when it was dried, I used a brown pen to trace the letters to give them a bit more definition. Here's a closeup.

On the next layout, I used my favorite technique, Prima's chalk ink fluid edger. 

Here's a closeup.  Using the inks with the stencil was super easy, and I love the image it created.

This last example was super fun.  I used my mists and the stencil as a whole to create a background image.  I just trimmed it up and it was perfect!
